API documentation

Public read APIs for canonical concept records, search, the knowledge graph, and JSON-LD. The machine catalog is at /.well-known/api-catalog (RFC 9727). The OpenAPI description is at /openapi.json.

Endpoints

  • GET /api/concepts

    List published concepts with slugs, short definitions, and taxonomy.

  • GET /api/concepts/{slug}

    Full public record for one concept, including relationships and evidence.

  • GET /api/concepts/search?q=

    Name search over published concepts.

  • GET /api/search?q=

    Typeahead used by the public encyclopaedia search box.

  • GET /api/graph

    Nodes and edges for the knowledge graph. Optional filters: l1, l2, l3, slug.

  • GET /api/jsonld/concept/{slug}

    Schema.org JSON-LD for a published concept.

  • GET /api/health

    Liveness probe. Returns {"status":"ok"}.
