Every concept on HealthEconomics.wiki has its own URI: a permanent, unique identifier that always points to that concept and nothing else.
The URI does not change when an entry is revised, retitled or re-reviewed. That means a citation, a dataset, an economic model or a knowledge graph can refer to a concept once and keep resolving to the same thing — and people and machines alike can tell exactly which definition is meant, even where the field uses the same term in different ways.
