- Complete Molecular ResponseTermCMR, Molecular Remission
- A response criterion in some blood cancers indicating molecular testing can no longer detect any trace of the disease-associated genetic marker.
- Complete RemissionTermFull Remission, Disease Clearance
- A cancer treatment outcome in which all detectable signs of disease have disappeared, though undetectable cells may still remain.
- Cytogenetic ResponseTermCytogenetic Remission, Chromosomal Response
- A response criterion in some leukaemias assessing reduction in cells carrying a disease-associated chromosomal abnormality, an intermediate depth between hematologic and molecular response.

- Deep Molecular ResponseTermDMR, Deep Molecular Remission
- A response criterion in chronic myeloid leukaemia indicating an even greater reduction in detectable disease-associated genetic material than a major molecular response.
- Deep ResponseTermDeep Remission, Substantial Response
- A general term for a substantial reduction in detectable disease burden, deeper than a standard partial or complete response by less sensitive testing.

- A cancer treatment outcome with substantial but incomplete reduction in detectable disease following treatment.

- RemissionTermSymptom-Free State, Disease Quiescence
- A state in which cancer signs and symptoms have reduced or disappeared following treatment, which may be complete or partial.

- Treatment-Free RemissionTermTFR
- A leukaemia outcome in which a patient with sufficiently deep, durable molecular response discontinues treatment entirely while maintaining disease control.
