- Drug Tolerance
- A physiological adaptation in which a patient needs progressively higher doses over time to achieve the effect a lower dose once produced.

- Second-Line Therapy
- A treatment used after a patient's first-line treatment has failed to control disease adequately or has been discontinued due to intolerance.
T
- Tolerance
- A regression diagnostic, one minus a predictor's coefficient of determination against all other predictors, detecting multicollinearity, lower values meaning more collinearity.
- Tolerance Interval
- An interval calculated to contain a specified proportion of an entire population's values with a given confidence, unlike a confidence or prediction interval.
