- Complete Molecular Response
- A response criterion in some blood cancers indicating molecular testing can no longer detect any trace of the disease-associated genetic marker.
- Cytogenetic Response
- A response criterion in some leukaemias assessing reduction in cells carrying a disease-associated chromosomal abnormality, an intermediate depth between hematologic and molecular response.

- Deep Molecular Response
- A response criterion in chronic myeloid leukaemia indicating an even greater reduction in detectable disease-associated genetic material than a major molecular response.
M
- Major Molecular Response
- A response threshold in chronic myeloid leukaemia representing a substantial reduction in detectable disease-associated genetic material, linked to low progression risk.
- Molecular Response
- A response measure using highly sensitive laboratory techniques detecting very small quantities of disease-associated genetic material, more precise than hematologic or cytogenetic criteria.

- Treatment-Free RemissionTFR
- A leukaemia outcome in which a patient with sufficiently deep, durable molecular response discontinues treatment entirely while maintaining disease control.
